Before Mauro began Caffé D’arte, he was an apprentice in Naples, Italy under a fourth generation master roaster. Our coffees are available whole bean or ground in medium, medium-dark, dark, & extra dark roasts. They can be prepared in a drip coffee maker, French press, pour-over, cold brew or stove-top espresso makers.
