Milano's Grated Three Cheese Italian Blend - Parmesan, Romano & Asiago - 400 oz Bulk Bag for Pizza, Pasta & Italian Cooking

I cant use this. Money for nothing. The package arrived hot and watery meaning seperation of cheese and whey.its a great flavour, just what I wanted for making some pizza. :)???? THERE HAS BEEN AN UPDATE ADDED BELOW.OK...I saw reviews that said this cheese was dry or didn't melt...not the case with the cheese I received....first off it im a Chef...ive used many different types of cheese...this tastes great...smooth, melt in your mouth buttery...I taste the Asiago most predominately which I love...it is VERY soft and most definately melts so I don't know why others have said different. Since it is such a large bag I put some in a Shaker container I kept from a spice I used up and I froze the rest. I will say that it is a bit salty as is other cheeses like this (Parm,Romano, pecorino ect) but that's no issue ive bought plastic shake containers of Parm ect...they're so blah compared to this cheese! I could eat this by the spoonful...its melts in my mouth and that's not egaggeration! Add perfection to my dish?????UpdateHad this cheese less than a week and as you can see from the pics it MOLDED...IF you purchase this Apparently you need to REFRIGERSTE AFTER OPENING. Even though nowhere on the PKG does it say to do so.I requested a full refund at which I will be quite angry if I don't receive one because this cheese wasn't cheap.??? 2nd updateI received a full refund.The price of this product is nice. The flavor of the product is not great it tastes more like powder than cheese. Other brands are better for flavor. It clumps very easily. I'm not sorry I purchased this but I will not buy it again. Id rather have a better flavor than a nice price.If you have a taste for the cheese that once came from a shaker, this is excellent. Whether you "dust" your food or bury it under tasty cheese I'd suggest this is an excellent choice.mine came in a plastic round tub ,resealable,probably the same as the smaller shake cans milano cheeze.I will update if I was wrong but,i dont think i amI keep it in the freezer. Perfect for pizza and pasta and garlic bread etcTHE FLAVOR...THE FRAGRANCE...THE FRESHNESS...I'M IMPRESSED! A QUALITY PRODUCT!!! DAVID
