This is not bad! I was expecting to not like the whole almond milk idea, as I do not like rice milk, soy milk or any other milk substitute , but i have to give it to Califa! It goes great in coffee, gives smoothies that 50/ 50 bar- orangesicle popsicle flavor from when i was a kid and loved so much if you add the Califa Almond milk and some orange sherbet ice cream, it was a big hit at my house!The true reason why I tried this is because my son is a little milk intolerant and dosent like the rice, soy or dairy free milk so we decided to give almond a try. I've had other Califa items so i decided to stay with the brand i knew, great choice! My 11 year old drinks this instead of milk and he is so happy to finally find a substitute that he really likes and doesn't make him sick. He can have cereal or a glass of "chocolate milk", milk and cookies and enjoy it again. We both love the nutty flavor. They nailed the consistency of it, not too thick, not too thin. I still have to try to scramble some eggs with it but its great for everything else so far!
