It’s a dynamic oil that’s both refreshing in a diffuser or dropped into water. When the site sold out I bought here against all advice not to. Many go through a phase then phase out for reasons all their own, so if folks have the genuine article, unopened still sealed, in their private inventory, then I’ll tap the source so as not to be without. Ever find an inferior product or it tampered with, that will be the dealbreaker. Big EO fan since long before this company started so know intimately their benefits.Just received my order and tried it in a glass of CranGrape juice. With it being an "oil", it floats on the top of the juice and was quite over-powering the first few drinks of peppermint, citrus and even a very slight stinging of my lips (assuming from the cinnamon bark). Once the top oil part was swallowed, then the juice tasted again like CranGrape. The instructions on the bottle say to dilute 4 drops in to 4 ounces of liquid, but it does not say if it is to be used once a day or multiple times per day. I did go to the companies website and there is no additional daily intake information. If anyone knows what the daily recommended times per day is, please comment to my post please. I will update my review as time goes by to see if it does help with metabolism, curb hunger and if there is weight loss achieved.Favorite oil! I drop these in my water constantly, they keep me drinking water - I've lost weight but I'm not sure I can attribute it to the oils as I've made drastic lifestyle changes. However, I enjoy these because I like the refreshing feeling when I drink it! Nice cooling sensation.used as directed by placing 4 drops in a glass of water and drinking it upsets my stomach. I have been placing 1 drop under my tongue a few times a day and that seems to help the appetite (just as long as I remember to use it before the binges start,)works okI love Doterra oils! Slim and Sassy really works for me. I'm starting my 3rd bottle I have lost about 10 lb.I take it directly, applying the drops under my tong and drinking water right after (4 drops before breakfast, 4 drops before lunch and 4 drops before dinner).This works okay, I'm not sure how well it really works but it doesn't taste too bad.Delicious additive to water!
