The fabric is heavy and the length is to the floor at 5'7" and 130 lbs - I bought a med. Love the pockets and the waist is elastic in the back, OK with that, not great. The hem isn't a normal 2'' hem, it's just turned over at 1/4 " so it doesn't hang as well as it should. I'm not happy with the quality, but I'll keep it and customize myself to make it exactly what I want.
