Having lived in Italy - I used to wear wool undergarments to help keep me warm during the cold months. Being here in the USA - I was saddened not to have access to these warm and beautiful undergarments - especially since I live in the Midwest where winter and cold can last for quite some time! A few months ago I happily found that there was a seller of these beautiful garments on Amazon. The undergarments are made in Italy so there is a bit of a slimmer fit. I wash mine in cool water/delicate cycle and keep out of the dryer and they do beautifully. The garments (colored ones mind you) could be warn under a cardigan or vest (depending on your comfort). They are quite pretty peeking out under a blouse or sweater and I am very pleased with the quality. I have reordered several different types (long sleeve/short sleeved and sleeveless as well as camisoles).
