We can all be just a little bit happier today thanks to the thoughtful workers at Carrington Farms who appear to be soulfully dedicated to our colons! Hats off to Carrington Farms or should it be “bottoms up”!After a colon resection, my surgeon recommended using flax and chia seeds to ease any bathroom problems. She didn't recommend Carrington Farms per se, but said to go to Amazon and pick one. I think I hit the jackpot! Since starting using this product, I have no difficulties with constipation. I have recommended this product to several friends and they also had great results. So I do not plan on running out of Carrington Farms Chia and Flax anytime soon.It was a great product.The product was priced very well.You cannot beat two for the price of one.Love the convenience of this food product.
