I like to keep dry mushrooms on hand in pantry and have used many over the years. This is the best blend I have found. Id recommend them.Great assortment of mushrooms, including some harder to find varieties. Exactly as the listing describes.I love tossing one or two into broths & gravies while they simmer for additional flavor. Will continue to buy this mix!This is a nicely packaged bag of mixed mushrooms, including some small morels. I have used them once, and there are enough left for two more recipes.
